The service
Keepsake Restoration restores, colorizes and edits photos you send us and delivers digital files (and prints, when offered). We use modern image-restoration tools, and a person reviews every result and compares faces with your original before delivery.
Your photos
- You confirm that you own the photos you upload or have the right to have them restored.
- You keep all rights to your photos and to the restored files. You may print, share and use them freely for personal purposes.
- We will not accept photos that are illegal, or that you ask us to alter to deceive or harm someone.
Results
Restoration rebuilds missing or damaged parts of a photo; rebuilt areas are our best careful reconstruction, not a record of what was there. Where damage is severe, details may differ from the original. That is why you see a preview first and revisions are free.
Turnaround
The ready date shown at checkout is when we send the preview. Standard orders take 2 business days; Rush orders are ready within 24 hours of your order and photos. Revisions may add time.
