We want the restored photo to look like the person you remember. If it doesn’t, we fix it or give your money back.

Free revisions

You see a preview before we deliver the final files. Reply with anything you would like changed — a face, a color, a detail — and we revise it at no cost, as many times as reasonably needed.

30-day money-back guarantee

• If you are not happy with the result, write to hello@keepsakerestoration.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• We refund the full amount to the card you paid with — not as store credit.
• Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.

If we can’t restore your photo

Some photos are too damaged — for example, when most of a face is missing. If we see this before we start, we tell you and refund in full. You never pay for a result we would not be proud to send.

Rush orders

If a Rush order is late, we refund the Rush fee automatically, and the rest of the guarantee still applies.

Prints

If a print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo of it and we will reprint it free of charge.
