Will my grandmother still look like herself?
Yes — that is the whole point of our service. We compare every restored face with your original, and you see a preview before anything is delivered. If something looks off, we fix it for free.
Do you use AI?
We use modern restoration tools, and a person reviews every photo, compares the faces with your original and fixes what the tools get wrong. We never “improve” how someone looked unless you ask.
How do I send a photo?
Scan it or take a sharp phone photo in daylight, without flash, and upload it when you order. A scan at 600 dpi gives the best result, but a good phone photo works too.
How fast is it?
Standard delivery is 2 business days. Need it for a funeral, birthday or anniversary? Add Rush and it is ready within 24 hours. You see the exact ready date before you pay.
What do I receive?
A high-resolution digital file up to 6000 px on the long side — enough for a sharp 16×20″ print — plus a smaller copy for sharing. Prints and canvas are coming soon.
What if I don’t like the result?
Tell us what to change — revisions are free. If we still can’t get it right, you get a full refund within 30 days, back to your card.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only for your order, never shown on our site or in ads without your written permission, and deleted 90 days after delivery (sooner if you ask). Privacy details.
