Your family photos are private. We use them only to complete your order.

What we collect

• Your photos and the notes you add to your order.
• Your name and email, to send you the preview and the finished files.
• Payment details are entered on our payment provider’s page (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.

How we use your photos

• Only to restore, edit and deliver your order.
• We never show your photos on our website, in ads or on social media unless you tick the box on the order form or give us written permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
• We never sell your photos or personal information, and we never use your photos to train AI models.

How long we keep them

We keep your photos and finished files for 90 days after delivery, so we can make revisions or resend files. After that they are deleted. Ask us at any time and we delete them sooner.

Who else sees them

Only the people working on your order, and service providers we need to run the shop: payment (Stripe), email delivery, file storage and, if you order a print, the print lab that produces it.

Visit statistics and ads

We count visits with our own simple counter that uses no cookies and stores no personal information — only the page, the kind of device and where the visit came from (for example, a Google search or an ad). If you arrive from a Google ad, Google’s tag tells Google Ads that an order was placed, so we can see which ads help people find us. We do not use advertising cookies for anything else.
